Package includes:

3 hours a week or 1 hour a week for 3 weeks

History Assessment.

Assessment of needs.

Tools to help with your needs.

Walking with you and teaching you how to transition on your own

Discussion on triggers and helping you identify them

Meal plan (3 weeks )

Sessions are over the phone or on Skype
